Parking access problems!

My neighbour wants to build a wall in front of my off road parking space, Now my neighbour owns an hair salon so my access right to my space cuts across her salon car park.

Is she within her rights to do so or can i stop this, when i bought the flat i also paid for the space, surely this is wrong!

You need to look at your land registry title document and see what it contains to allow you a right of access across her land. If there's nothing in there, you've got a problem, even though you own the piece of land - it is landlocked.
