I currently own a 2002 Mondeo Ghia X TDci. This car has pretty much all the toys inc. heated leather seats, sat nav, cruise control, climate control, etc.

I am looking to change my car around September soon after the new cars come out, but I am thinking about getting something other than an Ford. I have ABOUT 10-12K to spend on a used car.
Any recommendations?

MUST be diesel/hatchback/similar size and have lots of toys.

Go to a BCA for that kind of budget you'll get something that you'd have to pay 16k for at a dealer. Should get something less than 1 year old, very low milage. Go early and look through the catalologue for Hall A only, don't feel under presssure to buy the first time. Better still get on to their web site and pay the 10 seach fee then you can see what's comming up.
