Walk out of Marital home, how do you stand legally on mortgage?

I am unhappy in my marriage would like to leave, but how do I stand legally if he refuses to sell the property.

He could not afford the mortgage on his own, but I could. However, he refuses to move out and is making my life a misery.

What shall I do please?

You can go to court and force him to sell.

This assumes there are no children to consider.
