this is annoying me! when someone rings my phone (usually this happens when my bf does) my phone lights up but the caller ID does not show up for at least 30 secs and the phone just constantly rings even though i flip it up to answer it! then i miss the call because its seems my phone has frozen on me.. and i have to call him back! i have checked all settings and its nothing to do with them cos on some calls my phone does work! any help on whats up would be appreciated thanks

I suggest you take the phone back to where you got it from. There's obviously something wrong with it, such as corrupted software. I have one of those phones, and know a few other people that have them, and I've never experienced anything like that
