Buy a can of spray paint. Read the can - make sure it isn't cellulose based (eg car paint) as this is likely to melt the plastic. Also lightly rub the plastic with fine sandpaper first to give it a "key" and remove all traces of grease/dirt with soapy water then dry before spraying.

purchase an epoxy paint it will work great on plastic and last a long time
