Can anyone recommend a free spam filter download to work with incredimail, thanks

I would remove incredimail - it is full of spyware and the adverts are incredibly annoying to the recipients of your emails. The fancy bits can them slow to open too.

I use gmail - it has the facility to collect mail from email providers, up to five different email addresses. It works very well with my blueyonder addresses and is the easiest yet to set up.

And of course the huge advantage to gmail mail fetcher is that iit is web based, so you can access your emails from any pc in the world simply by logging in to your email account. I am a huge fan of gmail.
