Does anyone remember a soul singer from the mid to late 1980's. I think his name was some think like sherif but I can't be sure. He had one big hit with a song called 'Call Me" with lyrics like "I was the one who left you alone, can't you find it in your heart to forgive me, I want to be the one you call yours............etc" Many thanks and good luck.
