Thanks for the info. It's not on the soundtrack but just managed to find out it is 'Cast Your Fate to the Wind' by the Sounds Orchestra, and also previously done by David Benoit.

Yup. It's definately Cast your Fate to the Wind. It's one of me mums favourite tunes.
