Did any1 see there babys face??

Ok im 25 weeks pregnant and on my last scan (so about 5 weeks ago) when i went for my scan my baby was lying breech and facing towards my back, So i couldnt see the face or any facial features. The nurse did not say anything to me so i no everything must be normal - I got home tho and looked at my picture and it scared me that i couldnt see the face - so i called the hospital for reasurance. They said everything was normal - and everything had devoleped.

Did this happen to anyone else???

hi, i saw my babys face when i was expecting it wasnt until my mother in law pointed it out to me that it was actually a face it had lots and lots of features when i looked at it more closely but it also looked very skelitol which made it look quite gruesome but she decided to turn whilst i had my scan so im pretty blessed to see a picture of my babys face n bum all in one day!!

Dont worry hun, lots of people think things like that. My mum couldn't see Emmys feet on my scan and was convinced she had none for 8 weeks til my 20 week scan!
A friend of mine didnt see her babies legs on the scan and the midwife was useless so until her baby popped out she was so sure her baby had no legs below the knee and was fully expecting a legless baby - i think pregnancy can play some mean tricks!

btw i didnt see my babies face as she was too far down!

I did, and I got a close up of it's lips as well as they checked for cleft palate etc looked really strange.

Hi Sam

Baby Picky was facing straight towards where he should be and looked like an alien! But I didn't see his right hand and convinced myself he only had one hand (ahh, those pregnancy hormones played havoc with my rational mind!). If you are anything like me, you will probably worry that everything is ok until the moment he or she pops out and one they are here, you will wonder what you ever stressed about. When Jack finally arrived, there were 2 hands and everything else was where it should be! Good luck with everything, and try not to worry!

Thank you everyone, its nice to no im not the only one that didnt see what they wanted to see!! I was very upset and worried - i think eveything will be ok - but i will worry until the day of the birth (i think) Thanks again.
