"Dodgy" printing from Epson "Stylus C64" printer
For the last few days, the quality of printing from my Epson "Stylus C64" (it uses Dura Brite inks) printer has been sub-standard.
All 4 ink cartridges are genuine Epson and all have sufficient ink in them.
I've executed the "Nozzle Check", "Print Head Alignment", and "Head Cleaning" commands twice and that didn't solve the problem.
The problem only occurs when I print a Word or Excel document - when I print a webpage, it's fine!
Any ideas, folks?

If I set mine to Draft, the quality is low, but the speed is fast.
How fast does your sub-standard print appear in comparison to the web-page, which you say is fine?

Thanks.
There's no difference in speed between the web page and a Word or Excel page.
I checked my setting and it's set to "Text".
I had a word with one of our IT guys at work and he said, seeing as I can print a Word or Excel document with coloured text and it comes out perfect that I could just have a dodgy black cartridge. Gonna get a new one tomorrow.
