MBT Trainer sizes

I take a size 5 (38) in a shoe & want to buy some MBT trainers online, the nearest stockist is a fair way away to try some on so I just wondered if most people buy the same size as their shoe size or is half a size smaller best ? I know they have to be quite a snug fit but don't want to get some & then find they are too small, Thanks

My sister and her friends have all invested in MBTs and I have to advise you that their sizes have all been quite varied in comparison to their normal size. Unfortunately they will not do you any good if not the correct size - could you return them if they are the wrong size? I am sure there must be a supplier that will let you return therefore try ordering your size and the size up then you can compare.
