Did anyone hear this morning where Chris Moyles said he was fed up with people turning up late for his radio show so he and his team decided to cancel Katie Price from coming on the show between 8-9 as she was running half and hour late. Not half an hour late for the show but half an hour late for the prep before hand. Do you think he was right? Personally I'm not a lover of Chris Moyles, I think he is pretentious, rude and full of his own importance but having said that I am not sure he wasn't so wrong in this instance. What does anyone else think?

What i think is CM is a big fat tw*t and i hate him with a passion!!!!!!!!!!! i just dont get what everyone else see's that i clearly dont, he is just NOT FUNNY, but he thinks he is obviously? Who the hell would want to appear on his crap show anyway? all he does is take the pi** out of people, in answer to your Q though NO i dont think he was right to cancel Katie Price for running a bit late..........so what - its only a poxy radio show not an audience with the Pope, she (and i'm not a fan of hers) does have several things (ie: children) going on in her life, and i think that fat berk should be grateful that she actually agreed to bother turning up at all! Grrrrrrrrrr got me all worked up now just thinking about the fat pillock : (
He may have been paying her back for turning up too late for Jonathan Ross's Saturday morning show a few weeks ago.One rarely hears of celebrities missing national appearances like this, but she's now managed it on two different channels.
Hasn't the girl got an alarm clock?
I was a bit mystified to be honest.

I know that Chris feels it was a lack of respect that meant KP was late, but from what I heard, he had not been advised of any circumstances which may have been beyond her control.

It's a talking point - which may be a good result for all concerned.

It seems AB isn't telling me I have answers!

Anyway, surely it is not down to Mr Moyles to pay her back for being late on J Ross's show? Is it?

There could have been a 101 reasons for her delay and lets face it she wasn't that late, her PR phoned in as well.
But he did say some cheap, nasty things on the air, like how she was only coming to plug her book and that it was all cr@p. Why does he have to be so vindictive and rude?
This isn't DJ'ing and what people want to hear of a morning, I certainly don't. I listed to many stations and do so for the music and entertainment of the DJ. Mr. Moyles I think is out of order on this one, he may feel he is right but there is a way of dealing with this, possibly called a Producer?

I only caught some of the show, but it sounds as though producer Rachel is away, and Aled is covering - maybe this would have been handled differently if Rachel was there? She usually keeps Chris's more 'extreme' moments in check.
He was the same when David Gest was late the other week - at least this time he said that Katie was only 'banned' for that one show. He said that David would never be invited onto his show ever again!
Goodness david guest must be gutted!!! lol
i think the point he is trying to make is " you may be famous but have some respect".
he banned david gest because nobody kept him informed and he had to take the same ground with jordan?

good on him i say!
It serves her right for not turning up on time. If I had my way, she would never be heard of again.

Why does anyone want to here from someone who's only claim to fame is being a celebrity?
