Saving left in joint account

My father opened a saving joint account with my sister. He had deposited about $70,000-00 into the account after he had win a lottery. On the day he passed away, my sister transferred all the money into her sole account and sent me only $2,000-00 only. We have four sister and one brother in the family. If this amount a charity to me or am I entitle to more of the money left by my father in the joint account with my sister.
