What's the best or personally approved products out in the market that will help stop snoring?

Try those strips (they supposedly hold the nasal passages open which helps some people) but snoring can eminate from the throat. Its complex. The more serious cases have minor surgery and/or oxygen machines at night. Also try a lower pillow, less beer, etc etc.

I've never come across anything from a pharmacy that has worked for snorers.
My ex was a routine snorer. He finally went to the doctor about it and they thought he had sleep apnea so they fitted him with a mould for his mouth that he's wears at night now. It worked at a treat!! It basically keeps the mouth slightly open and pushes the jaw out slightly from the bottom lip.
The downside is it dries your mouth out a bit more at night, so you'd need a glass of water handy. Also you look a bit like Bubba from Forrest Gump.
