My mum works for a small family-run business and up until recently has never had a contract. She works 37hours per week which, as far as i'm aware, is full time. Last week she was given a contract stating her working hours and holiday entitlement. I was under the impression that if you work full time, you are entitled to a minimum of 20 days holiday in addition to any bank holidays but her contract has stated only 15 days plus bank holidays!?!? Can anyone help as she is affraid to sign the contract.

The 20 days can include bank holidays. There are 8 bank holidays so in effect, she is getting 23 days.

See here for more info - scroll down to the relevant bit about public and bank holidays.
Of course, as the above link indicates, the minimum "full time" entitlement increases to 24 days from 1st October 2007 (then to 28 days from 1st April 2009).
