sorry to tell you but there's no herbal tablets which get rid of acne. go and see your doctor as there's a lot of options he can tell you about to deal with it.

If you are looking for alternative remedies you could try aromatherapy. There are several essential oils that may help acne. Contact an aromatherapist who could make you up some skin lotion. Geranium, chamomile and cedarwood are good, so are tea tree and lavender, both of which can be applied directly to the skin.

I had really bad acne a couple of years ago and used evening primrose oil and zinc for 6 months ..cleared it. not had a problem since. When the very occasional spot appears just start taking zinc again.
