What is this guitar chord?

Barre the third fret, put your middle finger on the B string 4th fret, and your ring finger on the G string 5th fret. What is it? I'm trying to work out a song by ear, this chord fits but can't find it my chord book to identify it...

If you placed another finger on the 'A' string on the 6th fret it would be 'F7sus2'

it could also be known as either

Cmadd11
G7sus4/5+ or
D#6add9 No.5

I know it's not given you 1 difinitive answer but they will always differ depending on publication, self interpretation or your tutor.
