I have two of these trees in my conservatory. I grew them both from seed, but now one of them is now dropping its leaves. Can anyone tell me how to look after them, as whatever i do they do not improve and are only 2 feet tall.

I've learned that the tree has the ability to shed it's leaves in dry areas and stay evergreen in wetter areas, is it possible you've kept them a little on the dry side ?

Have you tried a folier feed or tree and shrub fertiliser ?
I often find that standing indoor plants outdoors in the rain can do them the power of good.
