Turkey mince, 1 egg, bread crumbs, bacon any herbs, chopped toms anything really can go in. the egg and breadcrumbs bind it together. You can even cook it in the microwave.. dead easy. You can make them into meatballs or burgers, some cheese can go in the centre. Experiement and have fun! Very cheap meal.
