My husband bought a house before we got married for a family home for us, unfortunatley things didn't work out and I moved out with our son. Three years later after having our second son I moved back in again we then got married after living there together for nearly four years our marrige broke down. I now rent a property and he moved back to his parents and has been leasing the house out for last 18 months which an estate agent deals with. I know hes been making some money out of it as we only had a low mortgage. I've been told that I should of been entitled to some of the money hes been making of it, but I don't know if thats true or not. Now hes going to sell the property. even though my name ain't on the mortgage because we are married am I entitled to any of the money he will make out of the property once hes sold it? please help me I really need to know!
