For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It will often get colonised by wild yeast, and then goes fizzy and alcoholic. If you're lucky, it may not taste too bad, depending upon which yeast you happen to have got.
If you want to, you can make orange wine. Add some proper wine yeast and ferment in a closed container with a vent to let out the gas pressure (ideally a wine-making jar with fermentation lock). I think it helps to add some yeast nutrient, but it'll probably work without.
After a few weeks (when clear), bottle and wait for it to mature, and it can be quite good.
