if you want a serious and knowledgeable answer, you'd better email the Ed or at least post the question in AB Suggestions. Otherwise you will just have to settle for the insights of other AB users.

it is the answerbank but nobody on the outside knows much about what happens on the inside; we all meet the staff at the summer fete and the occasional wine-tasting, but they're not very forthcoming about things like who decides what questions are current. So you might be luckier asking an insider than an outsider.

on my homepage - IE or Firefox - I get four panels across under the logo and the Hilton ad: welcome back, ask a question, current questions and recent posts. Maybe ad blockers remove it or something? Anyway, whatever it is, rojash, tell clairey how you did it.

Ah, don't get a Hilton ad.
Just get Welcome back, middle bit where you can type a question, and Recent posts.
It must be an ad blocker thing. Trouble is I have so many ad blockers, I've no idea which one(s) is responsible. Seems to me these days, if you install anything at all it comes with yet another ad blocker!
