I am going to Playacar in Mexico in November. I Understand that on leaving Mexico, a tax has to be paid at the airport.
Can anyone tell me how much this is & if it has to be paid in local currency or U.S. dollars.

Approx $38 but check with your travel agent as it is often paid when you purchase your ticket.

we paid this on leaving but the form was given to us on the plane before we landed at the start of the holiday and we had to hand it in as we left, we paid in Dollars
