Dumb blonde dilemma!

Can anyone help my dilemma please? Ive been trying to watch a video on youtube. i can see the video but no sound. I know my speakers are conneccted and working ok. I can listen to music through windows media player etc, just dont have sound when trying to view videos on the net.

Check that you have sound enabled on youtube, there is a volume slider that must be up and the small picture of a speaker than can be clicked to enable or disable sound.

If all looks ok try downloading and installing the latest flash player version:
