What was up with Brian tonight? He said to Ziggy, "no, YOU haven't insulted me" - as if to say someone else has - maybe Liam? Him and Amanda were very flirty, but I can't imagine he was upset over that.

I think he was angry with Liam. Brian REALLY likes Amanda and although she continues to be charming, her body language totally shows that she does not fancy Brian. She is also TOO nice and is afraid to be honest with him- maybe she thinks it will affect her chances of winning, or maybe she is just too immature to know how to let someone down gently. She has said already to others that she does not fancy Brian. He is coming on too strong- like an octopus. He is alwyas there, always touching her. She politely declines. They snogged once when drunk so he thinks now that she likes him. So, when he sees her being all tactile with Liam, it upsets him. I think he knows he is onto a loser here.

What was Cara-Louise saying to Brian and the twins by the pool? I missed that bit and then she got into trouble over it.

She was basically saying that Brian was loved on the outside and how its not always the people you expect to be liked that are. I dont really understand why Sam thought that would upset him - maybe she thought it was too much for him to take in.

Later on, in the bedroom, he said something to Amanda along the lines of " I don't want to mug myself " .

This is a line in a Streets song about a bloke being too into a girl and his mates thinking that he is setting himself up for a disappointment.

So perhaps he's realising she doesn't fancy him enough ?
