I ready your posting and would like to recommend a book called Self Help for your Nerves by Dr Claires Weeke's, it really helped me through some tough times. I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks, and still do to some extent, they come back to haunt me when I am stressed out, but I just think that the panics are physiological bodily reactions to thoughts, and can never harm me, so I say' 'come on and do your best!' and I just float the feeling awayThey are so simple, but so effective, I never thought I could get over anxiety problems, and live a normal ever again, but this book definitely helped. She also does audio tapes if you havent got time to read the books. Please try it, it might help - take care x
