I need to know if anyone knows how to contact anyone who can manufacturing semiconductor grade (99.9999%) silicon with N-type and also P-type doping.

Thank you ... kujawski, but there was no information in the 118118 database regarding silicon fabrication.
Any other ideas?

well try contacting an ic manufacturer , they may be able to help,
