I gave my other half the book - the blokes guide to pregnancy by Jon Smith and it turned out to be the perfect present. He loved it. It also helped me as I didn't have to keep explaining things the midwife said or about any of the things I was dealing with. The book went through everything but in a fun way and he felt much more involved and was much more understanding when I had the odd hormonal moment (i.e when I burst into tears in the middle of mothercare for no reason and he just smiled and gave me a hug rather than getting embarrassed!) Bless him!
