i cant see the video i downloaded from itunes help its a 30gb ipod has anyone else had this problem and what can i do

Sorry, I don't know the answer but have you tried asking that on the www.ilounge.com forums? Actually try searching the forums there first, before asking. Every question (except one) which I've ever had about my iPod was already asked and answered on there.

iPod accepts only MP4 format video, if your videos are not Mp4 format, you couldn't load them to iPod. You can get a video converter to convert them. I always use 'Video to iPod Converter' to do it. it supports transfer converted video to iPod directly without iTunes, very easy to use.
