They wouldn't consider me had they thought I was not wealthy with a company.
Basically if they investigated me and found out I didn't run this business and I wasn't weathy would I be in trouble legally?

I had a similar problem in reverse when I was fancying Mr Overall from afar. In order to impress him I pretended to be a plain, ordinary person with a boring job and didn't let on that I was a fantastically rich supermodel with a jet set lifestyle. I hid the Porsche & Ferrari in a friends garage and borrowed a Ford Escort. I kept quiet about the yacht, champagne, famous film star friends, gourmet food and my numerous homes in New York, Bermuda, Majorca and Perth.
