Dead simple, get the circle line (the yellow one) going east bound. http://www.ucl.ac.uk/uro-neph/uground.htm
its only 6 stops to tower hill where you make the connection to Fenchurch

You may be looking at a bus map if it has route numbers.
One tube ticket will take you all the way, changing as needed, as long as you don't exit a station. 4 for any distance IIRC. If you are making more than one journey an off-peak travel card (5.10 zones 1/2) will be cheaper.
Please don't ask an Oyster question.......

Having looked at the map, the Northern (black) line doesn't go to Monument. It goes to Bank. There's an underground walkway to Monument ( without leaving the station) but by the time you get there you'd have walked half way to Fenchurch Street anyway. (Come out of Bank Station, find Lombard Street, walk along it. It becomes Fenchurch Street. The station is a right hand turning off it.
As has already been stated, the Underground station you're aiming for is Tower Hill. (Then follow the signs to Fenchurch Street station. It's just a few minutes walk).
As I assume that you're arriving at Euston by train, your rail ticket should include travel by Underground if it's a through ticket to a destination served from Fenchurch Street. (To check look for a small 'cross' symbol on your rail ticket. Depending upon the type of printer used, it either looks like + or like . If that symbol is present, you can use your ticket between Euston and Tower Hill, without buying a separate Underground ticket).
At Euston station, look for signs for the Northern Line. (It's the black one on the map). Unfortunately, the Northern Line can be a little confusing because it has two branches. Take care to check that you board a train routed 'via Kings Cross - St Pancras'. (It might also be signed as 'via Bank'). Travel for 4 stops and alight at Moorgate.
At Moorgate, look for signs for the Circle LIne - Eastbound. (The Circle Line is yellow on the map). Travel for 3 stops to Tower Hill.
Don't worry. It's really easy and (although they're much-maligned) London Underground staff are very helpful.

PS: Dzug has made a useful observation. You might be looking at a bus map. The Tube map looks like this:

I have done this trip so many times I can now do it with my eyes closed come out of Euston Station turn Right and walk just a very few yards up the road to Euston Square about 2 or 3 mins no more then when you get there get on a Circle Line Train (they are all marked on the front of the train and on the destination board) then you travel 5 stops to Towert Hill (the nearest Tube Station to Fenchurch St) when you come out of Tower Hill just follow the sings to Fenchurch St no more than 5 mins walk round the corner (there are only 2 Platforms at Euston Square)
