I am thinking about setting up my own business, which will require the use of a kitchen a few times a week. I can't use my own kitchen, as I am sure it will not comply with health and safety regulations for preparation of food. Does anyone know of any schemes that allow businesses in similar situations to share premises such as commercial kitchens?

No but you could try contacting you local high school, they let out most of their facilities ie halls, theatres, class rooms, swiming pool etc. why not ask about the home economics dept?.....just a thought.
HI It's a while since you posted this request however I am in exactly the same situation as you were 2 years ago; looking for a commercial kitchen. Did you ever find a premises? I would love to know if you got up and running and have any advice about finding a kitchen. All the best helen h
kitchen cooperative is, in my opinion a good solution to busy poor families. it is also possible in rural communities.I think so. it will help to pool the resource among the poors and help to reduce malnutrition and unproper use of resources.
