help please, i'm worried
i started some part time work for a firm in december 2006 and was made a permanent member of staff in march 2007, at the end of july 2007 i got a �500 bonus (all memebers of staff get this for all their work, it is out of end of financial year profits) i plan to give my notice in and leave at end september, can this bonus be taken off me as i haven't been there for that long?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.ok, it says in the contract "in addition to your basic salary and according to the length of your employment during your first year, you will be entitled to benefit from an annual bonus calculated from the previous financial year's profit" it also says "incentive payments are not guarenteed for all staff and are based on sucess, initiative, effort and length of employment during the relevant year" and "if an employee member leaves for any reason before the bonus payments are made, they will forefit the right to receive any payment"
does this still sound like i will get to keep it?
