Playing tricks on people

I am pulling a prank on the boss at work.
He's not usually folled but his pride and joy is the computer in his office (he is a bit weird).
I decided to pull a prank so he thinks he can't use it for an hour.
My tutorial on doing the prank will be on youtube shorly.
Anyway my question is: Have you ever played a joke on somebody and what did you do. And also would you dare to do one on your boss?
