Poem for my mum...

Does anyone know a nice poem I could give to my mum for Mother's Day? She's been through a lot this year so I want something that tells her how much I appreciate her. She's my best friend and we're very close (I'm 21, shes' 46).

I need something quite new-ish but not (if that makes sense?!). Any ideas at all would be appreciated.

Hi i made this peom my self so i dont no if u will like it or not here it goes My Mum is fun and cudley to she is the one that makes me full of love to give and shair she makes me happy full of joy like a balloon high in the sky full of are going up wards day and nighti see my mum shinning bright as fare as the eye can see and i am proud to say u are my mum the only one . thats it bye
