First of all,go to 'help' and check for updates,I though we were on WM 11 now,maybe i'm wrong.
To rip CD's into mp3,all you need to do is,click 'tools' then 'options' a box with a few tabs will appear,click the 'rip music 'tag, a letterbox selection will appear,click to select mp3,then press OK and done
