The first paper is probably the hardest....but really not too taxing!! it is all very straight forward and would recommend you do them.....theres loads of mortgage adviser jobs out there...and once qualified you can come and work for me!!!!!
let me know if you want anything else!!!!

Hey nad007, definately do CEMAP if you can, a great career awaits if your communication skills match your ambition
The I.F.S. have a lot of training aids, like CD roms, test papers and revision tips.
My advice is to buy the training CD rom, I used this and (after reading the main book once) passed 1 and 2 just by repeatedly doing the mock exams and revising on the areas I failed on - I kept doing this until I was regularly getting above 95%, sat the exams and got merits each time.
The real exams dont tell you the questions you got wrong, just the general areas to do more studying, but the CD mocks DO tell you the ones you got wrong and where to look in the manual, so you can look the actual answers up. Dont know about you, but I learn easier when I am searching for an answer to a question!
The Prince is right when he says 1 is the hardest, but watch out for 3 - it is mainly case studys, but with many trick questions built in there!
Good luck
