Ladycare magnet

Was just wondering if anyone has used or is currently using this product to ease menopause symptoms. Have you found that it really makes a difference?
Does wearing it affect electrical equipment as I've heard that magnets can play havoc with computers etc?
Would love to hear from anyone who is using one.
