Arrested abroad.

I was recently arrested in Holland for criminal damage and spent 3 days in police cells until finally let free. I was questioned and admitted to the offences i committed (several walls tagged using spraypaint) and was given a court date for september.
The advice im after is what the Dutch police would do if i didnt appear to my court date? Would they issue a warrant to English police (if so what would they do?) or would they just issue a warrant in Holland? Also if i return to Europe at a later date would passport police know i have an outstanding court date and arrest me (I.e if i was entering France lets say)?
Any help/advice would be greatly appareciated!
Thanks.

If you don't go to the hearing then a warrant for your arrest will be ordered. The fact you live in the UK will have little effect on this. An extradition order would almost certainly be granted against you were you to be living anywhere within the EU, Unied States, or anywhere else the UK has recriprocal extradition treaties with.
Your only hope is to escape to somewhere obscure in Asia, or South or Central America. That, or take your punishment.
