my 2 year old cat has b en spade, but recently has had swollen teats what could the problem be?

I would take her to a vet. She may have an infection. It could be mastitis, but I should think that would be rare in a neutered cat. Be on the safe side and get a professional opinion.

your cat is probably having a phantom pregnancy. Might even go as far as producing milk! Keep an eye but you should take her to the vet especially if she she gets a temperature.
