Rub this up and down your legs gently and it should reduce the redness and irritation.
Usually when I get this it is because my razor is not brand new, or the blade needs changing

My legs look like brail by the time I've finished shaving them. When I remember I keep a tub of aqeous cream in the bathroom and after shaving immediately rub it on and I find that helps a bit. I actually show a pharmacist before you go putting anything else on if you want something that will work as anything else may irritate - you need to use something for sensitive skin.
