After changing from Norton to Avg, I was worried because my wireless scanner would not work without me switcing off the firewall. On contacting AVG (over a weekend) they sorted out the problem for me. They are everything some of you guys said they are. Special thanks to Ethel, rojash, 198X and the others who recommended them.
