Since i installed limewire my computer runs disturbingly slow even when im not up or downloading.
I only have 192mb of RAM, could this be the problem? IF so is it possible to buy ram that can be plugged into one of the card sockets on my notebook, rather than me having to open it up?
Thanks

On a laptop you should have a removable panel with the RAM behind it. Obviously it depends what type notebook you have but it's far easier than you think. Since 192mb is an odd number for RAM I will assume that one slot has 128mb and the other has 64mb RAM. This might mean that you have to take one of them out (64!) to make way for additional RAM, the more the merrier.
Also, when you close Limewire it continues to run in the background. If you right-click on the 'Lime' in the Taskbar and then exit it should help your system.
To my knowledge you can't have additional RAM via a card socket.
