new problem with limewire

I have been using limewire for a while now with no problems. BUT...opened the program today and it is running really really slowly. When you try to click on anything it takes about 10 second for it to activate. The main page takes ages to show itself on Tried restarting my computer, virus search, uninstalled limewire and downloaded it again.

All other programs are running at full speed with no problems.

Why is it doing this?

are you using other java programs at the same time?

have you activated one of the limewire "skins", like the one to make it look like a standard windows program?

Im not using anything else while i am trying to open it and i haven't activated any skins...still as slow as hell...
