has anyone else noticed that she has a stripe down her face? once side of her forehead is darker than the other. is this something to do with her stripy hair too?

I thought that but wasn't sure if it was actually just her strange choice of hair dye

its a birth mark where she has no pigmentation there and lots of people have noticed
