No channels 6 and 10

In similar vane to the last question, for the past three days I have been unable to get either picture or sound on ITV2 or ITV3. In each case there is a message saying 'no information available' All the other channels are working. I have a Wharfdale freeview box and cannot find any troubleshooting solutions in the manual. I live in England and am happy with the box in general as I don't watch much on Freeview and don't fancy upgrading to Sky. Any suggestions would be appreciated

let the Freeview box rescan for available channels and all should be well.

I had to do this a couple of nights ago.
