real arcade - i'm not familiar with - but online
applications especially graphic intensive ones depend heavily on your connection speeds.
if your processor is expecting information that hasn't downloaded yet ...
both GE and RA are basically just that
try upgrading your graphics drivers ...

don't you think this info is getting a little long in the tooth?
the example expects as much as 128Mb ram WOWEE!!!
and assumes onboard graphics.

GE has a pretty low spec but does require a dedicated graphics card
