Freeview box cant get some channels

Hi i have a freeview box and until recently got majority of the programmes, however over the last couple of days,i cannot get itv2 and now some other channels, is this a problem wtih my box or?? thanks

It could be something to do with your reception from your outdoor antenna or your ariel isn't strong enough.
The same thing happened to me when I got freeview; we couldn't even get the five normal channels and the reception was terrible we ended up returning to were we got it from and now we've got Sky which has been so far hassle-free.

New channels have been added so you need to Re-tune your Freeview Box.
