We are an unadopted road that is used as a racetrack from the beach to the public highway.
This has got worse since another private road has had bollards fitted at one end so we now get thier portion of the traffic and our road is suffering for it.
we can't fit bollards as access is needed by some of the property from either end, thus my efforts to find another solution so that we can repair our road and it is not a waste of time or money
and in reply to you builders mate may thanks by the way we appear to be classed as a highway but as unadopted we are try7ing to keep within the law regarding sighn as we have been told that we are not allowed to put up No Entry signs so we are looking for another solution
again thanks to all that have replied
