lol !! Cafeine'll be the least of your worries with this drink :-) It's a 'complex, potent' blend of 56 herbs, spices,roots and fruits, so it's quite possible it could have naturally occurring cafeines. There's a website dedicated to it. I checked out their messageboard, but they are just saying the same thing. www.jager.com/welcome.cfm
